Mr. Jeremy Everett is senior tax counsel in Yulchon’s Tax Practice Group.
 
He has lived in Korea for 25 years and has been advising U.S., European and Korean companies on inbound and outbound tax matters since 1994.

Jeremy has extensive experience assisting a wide range of industrial and financial service clients with tax planning & effective tax rate optimization, mergers & acquisitions, tax compliance, and tax audit & dispute resolution.

Jeremy served as Co-Chair of the AMCHAM Taxation Committee from 2004-2011 and currently Co-Chairs the AMCHAM CFO Committee. He also Co-Chairs the Seoul Executive Network and Asia Tax Forum.

Ms.Sanjana Arya is a career diplomat and joined the Indian Foreign Service in 2018.

She has earlier served in Colombo, as Third Secretary for Economic and Commercial in the High Commission of India, Colombo She has served as Under Secretary in United Nations Political Division at the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi.

Ms. Sanjana holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University.

Mr. Kim Jong-ho has served for 10 years in Gyeongnam Provincial Government in the department of International Relations & Trade Division. In his tenure from 2006 to 2009 he served as the head of Vietnamese Desk in Gyeongsangnam-do, and was awarded a commendation from the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province in Vietnam for his contribution to increase the bilateral trade relation In addition, he have promoted trade export markets to more than 20 countries, including Europe and Africa, and is currently serving as the representative of Amos TCI, an investment and trading company.
