Mr. Byoung Min Im is the Chairman of Agerigna, with over 43 years of outstanding experience in the IT industry. Throughout his career, he has played a crucial role in technological advancements, pioneering the development of the world's first Amharic keyboard, targeting millions of users worldwide.
His leadership roles in industry associations and research institutes such as the Korean Semiconductor Association, Korea Productivity Center (KPC), Korea Management Association, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEIE) reflect his dedication to advancing technology and fostering international cooperation.
Currently, he serves as a columnist for Korea IT Times and holds executive positions at Future of the World and the UK-based company OA.mg.

Mr. Sock-Joong Yoon is currently Secretary General of ICCK.
He had a professional career in Korean Government starting as a researcher at the Judicial Policy Research Institute, Supreme Court of Republic of Korea. He worked at the office of the President as an Assistant Secretary to the President for Foreign Media. He had diplomatic career as a consul at the Korean Consulate General’s Office in Los Angeles as well as as Minister for Public Affairs at the Korean Embassy in Washington D.C., U.S.A. He also served two Presidents, President Kim Daejung and President Roh Moohyun as Secretary to the President for Overseas Communications.
