[EVENT] On October 29th, ICCK member company Shin & Kim, one of Korea’s largest Law firms, organized a seminar on “Pitfalls to avoid when doing business in India”. The seminar was co-organized with Secretariat, a renowned international law firm.
ICCK’s Chairman Ramesh Iyer, was invited to this seminar as one of distinguished panelist to share his experience doing business and the advantages of investing and doing business in India.
The panel talked about the past case studies of joint ventures or business setups made by international companies in India, their experiences with arbitrations & dispute cases in India and realistic differences in culture & regulations along with how the following can be resolved with the help of right network and professionals.
