The evening commenced with a warm
networking session, setting the stage for Mr. Anil Sinha, Chairman of ICCK, to
extend a hearty welcome to NIIF and the distinguished guests. Mr. Sinha introduced
ICCK and emphasized the paramount importance of trade relations between India
and Korea. In his address, Mr. Sinha shared insightful
perspectives on India's economic boom and Korea's strategic investments,
outlining a positive outlook for the future. The event provided a platform for
fostering stronger economic collaboration between the two nations. Mr. Rajiv Dhar, as the CEO & Managing
Director of NIIF, provided a brief overview of NIIF's funds, such as the
infrastructure fund, private market fund, growth fund, and bilateral fund. He
explained NIIF's vision focusing on 3Gs, which are growth, governance, and
green initiatives. NIIF aims to facilitate access to both the Indian and Korean
markets, promoting sustainable practices and growth. After Mr. Dhar's speech, Mr. Shyam Paliwal,
an ICCK governor and Chairman of Moim Consulting and Bombay Brau, shared his
experiences and case studies on role of financial institutions on Marine business,
offering valuable insights into successful business models. The event concluded with a dinner,
providing more chances for networking and capturing memorable moments through
photos. The collaborative atmosphere showcased the commitment of both nations
to strengthen economic ties and promote mutual growth. |
