[ICCK Event] Yesterday on July 18th, ICCK held a Knowledge Session in collaboration with its member company K&S Partners, India's top-tier Intellectual Property (IP) law firm. K&S Partners work in all facets of IP including patents, designs, trademarks and copyrights. The knowledge session was regarding the recent IP trends in India and how the Korean Companies can navigate through the judicial proceedings of the same.
The session was a close door session organized by ICCK with industry people interested in the Intellectual Property trends in India. Our keynote speakers for the evening were Mr. Srihari SK & Mr. Mayank Sood, partners at K&S Partners with 18 & 16 years experience in Computers & Electronic Design IPs. We also had Mr. Ashish Chang Marbaniang, also a Partner at K&S Partners with more than 20 years of experience in Trademark practices, join us via video conference.
The session heavily focused on the IPR legislations, Trademark, Patents and Design Protection as well as Enforcement in India. The session was then concluded with a Q&A session and networking dinner.
