        On 28th June, Wednesday The Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency and the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Korea, supported by 17 foreign chambers, together held the “ICCK X KOTRA Business+ Forum” at Rose Room (5F), Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas. The event started off with the Opening Remarks by Mr. Lee Jung-Hoon, Executive Vice President, KOTRA. & Welcoming Remarks by Mr. Anil Sinha, Chairman, Indian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ICCK). The Event was moderated by Mr. Jeremy A. Everett Everett, Committee Chair, Indian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ICCK). Mr. Chong Hoon Park, Head of Korea & Japan, Economic Research highlighted the current South Korean and Global economic status. He mentioned about the Global Import & Export Graph and it's Pros & Cons. Mentioning the ongoing inflow of foreign capital and potential change in economic policies during the latter half of this year. About Speaker: As head of the Korea and Japan research team, Chong Hoon provides an in-depth analysis of the Korean and Japanese economies. He joined the Bank in 2009. Previously, Chong Hoon was head of telecom policy research at the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI), a government think tank, and head of corporate strategy and new business at SK Broadband (formerly Hanaro Telecom). Chong Hoon regularly appears in the media and speaks at corporate and public seminars. He has a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, an MBA from George Washington University, and a Ph.D. in economics specializing in international economics and development from Northwestern University. |
