       On 2nd May Indian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ICCK) attended the State Bank of India Networking Reception at Conrad Seoul, Yeouido. The Highlight of the event was the presence of H.E. Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman, Hon’ble Minister of Finance and Minister of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India. The Event opened with remarks from the minister. ICCK Members had an opportunity to meet and greet with the Honorable Minister , H E Mr Amit Kumar Ambassador of India to ROK and other delegates from India. Honorable Finance minister emphasized the various initiatives being taken by Govt of India to improve the trade and Commerce and the Investment opportunities including the Financial sector at GIFT City , Ahmedabad Gujarat. She also shared how the Insurance sector is opening up in India; which is another opportunities for growth. The Networking reception, followed by Networking Dinner was well received by the Korean and the Indian Business community. |
