 On 2nd May 2023 Indian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ICCK) had an opportunity to interact with Mr. Dinesh Khara, Chairman – of the State Bank of India Group along with Mr. Challa Sreenivasalu Setty, Managing Director – State Bank of India and Mr. Sudhir Kumar Khatiyar, Country Head SBI, South Korea. Mr. Anil Sinha, Chairman of ICCK briefed about the chamber’s activities and highlights along with the ICCK Board of Governors. He shared the current affairs and the impact on the Korean economy which is slowing down and the various efforts being taken by Korean Govt to revive the economy. Mr. Sachin Satpute, Past Chairman of ICCK shared the details related to the geopolitical issues and how is it impacting the Korean industry; especially the Metal sector. The highlight was to strengthen trade and investment relations between both countries on the Micro and Macro Levels. Mr. Dinesh Khara mentioned India’s growth story in various sectors compared with the global economy and the incentives being given by the Govt of India to support businesses.   |
