| Air India has tied up with new distribution capability (NDC) player Verteil Technologies to make its NDC content accessible through Verteil’s distribution platform, Verteil Direct Connect. This will allow AI to enhance its ability to offer personalised travel experiences. The partnership will allow travel agents to access Air India's NDC content, including exclusive offers and ancillary services, providing them with real-time availability and the ability to book tailored flight packages. Jerrin Jos, CEO and founder of Verteil Technologies said this "will open unconstrained innovation across the travel supply chain resulting in more choices and an enriched shopping experience for travelers in India and across the globe while flying Air India.
