Govt sets up panel to frame new laws for drugs, devices and cosmetics
The government has set up
an expert committee to frame new laws for medicines, cosmetics and medical
devices in a bid to replace the existing Drugs and Cosmetics Act which was
formed in 1940. An eight-member committee headed by the drug regulator has been
formed by the ministry of health and family welfare. The committee will have to
submit the draft by November 30.
인도정부, 기존 의약품 및 화장품 법 대체 예정 인도정부는 1940년에 제정된 기존의 의약품 및 화장품법(Drugs and
Cosmetics Act, 1940)을 대체하기 위한 신 법령을 제정하기 위회 전문가위원회를 설치했으며 위원회는 올해 11월 30일까지 법안 초안을 제출할 예정. 신 법안은 결함이 있는 의료기기 또는 임플란트를 공급하는 제조사 또는 수입업자에 대해 최대 1천만루피의 벌금을 부과할 예정
