Singapore's Xander secures 1 million square foot warehouse near Chennai
Singapore-based Xander Investment Management acquires 1 million square feet of additional warehouse space in the Free Trade and Warehousing Zone (FTWZ) in Sriperumbudur, near Chennai. Xander already has a 1 million square foot warehouse in the FTWZ, and the new acquisition doubles the warehouse space. The area is India's first free trade warehousing zone (FTWZ) and houses companies such as DHL, DB Schenker, and Kerry Indev.
싱가포르 Xander, 첸나이 근처 100만 평방피트 규모 창고 확보 싱가포르에 본사를 둔 Xander Investment Management는 첸나이 인근 스리페룸부두르의 자유무역 및 웨어하우징 존(FTWZ)에 100만 평방피트 규모의 추가 창고 공간을 확보. Xander사는 이미 FTWZ에 100만평방피트에 창고를 보유하고 있으며 이번 신규인수로 창고공간을 2배로 확장. 해당 지역은 인도 최초의 자유무역웨어하우징존(FTWZ)로 DHL, DB Schenker, Kerry Indev와 같은 회사가 입주해 있음 |
