Dixon Technologies, India’s second-largest electronics maker, has bagged a contract to manufacture Nokia branded mobile phones and smart TVs, besides other agreements with TV companies including Intex, Lloyd and Toshiba.
Its wholly-owned subsidiary Padget Electronics, which started assembling LG smartphones in Noida factory in July last year, is set to start assembling phones for HMD Global, the maker of Nokia phones, as well as for Lenovo-owned Motorola. |
