On the 23rd of February, The Indian Chamber of Commerce in Korea together with K&S Partners hosted a webinar on the topic of “Overview of Trademark Protection and Enforcement in India.” The speaker Mr. Ashish Chang Marbaniang, Senior Partner from K&S Partners presented the brief on intellectual property protection in India including legal framework and independence of judiciary etc. Also, he covered Trademark Laws and case examples regarding civil, criminal and customs parts.
