Mahindra World City is a unique, sustainable smart city conceived in India by Mahindra Group, meeting global standards in every aspect. through this webinar, the participants had broaden their knowledge and hoping to understand India and make good business decisions including choosing a good business destination. India is emerging as a new alternative manufacturing center to China. China has been known as the World’s Factory, but its reputation as the world’s factory is fading as many factories have already left or are in the process of leaving the country at a rapid pace. Many global companies are shifting their manufacturing base to India away from China due to many reasons including its unworthiness, its tension with the US, high tariffs, and rising labor costs.

A good example which Samsung Electronics has set. Samsung closed its last factory in China last year and has opened its largest factory in the world in the Noida City of India. As some surveys say in another five years, the manufacturing map will look very different from what it is today, We hope India could be highlighted in the new manufacturing map coming forward and many Korean companies could play a big part in it.
