[COVID News] Seoul ends mandatory Covid-19 testing for foreigners after outcry

On 18th March Indian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ICCK) had a discussion meeting with various other foreign chamber of commerce with Foreign Investment Ombudsman Mr. Kim Sung Jin, the directives of Seoul Metropolitan City and Gyeonggi Province requiring mandatory COVID-19 tests for all foreign workers has be corrected. The official announcement from the Korean government is been released.

Since the administrative order on mandatory PCR tests for foreigners has been changed to recommended testing, ICCK has been actively communicating and raising the foreign business community’s concern with the Korean government and the office of Foreign Investment Ombudsman.
